GENERAL CONDITIONS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND E-SHOP
S-Center.si – a website and e-shop is an information system intended for the presentation of accommodation facilities, wellness and refreshments in the café and the sale of slelcted products via electronic sales.
The use of the service is free of charge.
We do our best to publish only correct and up-to-date information on the website, but we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all information published.
Slatenšek d.o.o. reserves the right to change all information published on this website.
By using this website, the visitor confirms that he accepts the stated conditions and agrees with them.

Prices
All prices of our products are clearly displayed, in all prices of the items VAT is already included. The supplier reserves the right to daily price changes, unless otherwise stated.
The prices shown on the website do not include shipping costs.
The prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.
The prices are valid for payment with the indicated means of payment under the indicated conditions.
2. Order Procedure
The buyer selects the type and quantity of the product. Before submitting the order, he checks the shopping cart, makes any corrections or continues with the purchase and confirms the order. A form follows, in which the buyer enters all the necessary information for the payment and delivery of the selected product
After confirming the purchase, changes are no longer possible
The minimum order value in the online store is €20.00.
After the purchase is completed, the user will receive a notification of the completed purchase by e-mail. If the user has chosen to pay by proforma invoice, the proforma invoice will be sent to his e-mail address.
Orders are accepted every weekday from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 10 a.m. will be processed on the same or the next business day at the latest.
3. Rejection of the order
If S-Center is unable to fulfill the order under the specified conditions, it may reject the order and notify the customer by e-mail. The order will be rejected if it is not submitted with the purchase rules.
4. Payment terms at a glance
Method of payment:
S-Center online store allows the following contactless payments:
– Payment by advance invoice (TRR) by bank transfer to the account of the company Slatenšek d.o.o.
The buyer receives a proforma invoice to the specified e-mail address. The buyer must settle his payment obligations by transfer to our transaction account no later than 48 hours before delivery. The order will be held until the receipt of the payment confirmation. Upon receipt of payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order will be processed and then shipped. In case of this payment method, the delivery process may be prolonged, for which Slatenšek d.o.o. is not responsible.
– Payment through the secure payment system PayPal
The minimum order value in the online store is €20,00.
Delivery and personal collection are possible only on the basis of received payment. We recommend payment through PayPal, as your order will be processed much faster.
5. Pickup and delivery
The delivery period is 1 to 4 days. The first day is considered to be the day after the payment of the advance invoice or a successfully completed order.
6. Personal pickup
Personal pickup is available at our office, but be sure to bring the printed invoice you received by e-mail with your order confirmation. If you do not have it with you, pickup is not possible. If you pay for the selected product by bank transfer, you must wait until we send you a notification that we have received your transfer. After that you can pick it up in our office with a printed invoice.
7. Refund of goods and payment
You have the right to notify the supplier at the e-mail address info@s-centres.si within 14 days of receiving the goods that you are withdrawing from the contract or order, without having to give a reason. If you have already received the goods and are withdrawing from the contract, you must return the goods undamaged and in the same quantity to the supplier within 14 days of sending the notification that you are withdrawing from the contract. The only costs that will be charged to the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract are the costs of returning the products. You must return the goods received undamaged and unaltered.
We will refund the payments made to the buyer as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company will return the payments received to the transaction account unless the buyer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment and the buyer will not incur any costs as a result
8. Complaints and disputes
The seller shall comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
The seller shall endeavour to comply with its obligation to establish an efficient system for handling complaints and to designate a person to whom the Buyer may contact by e-mail in the event of problems. Submit complaints in writing by e-mail to the seller’s address info@s-centre.si. Within eight working days, the seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, inform the buyer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the buyer informed of the progress of the procedure.
The seller is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in settling the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the buyer not to take legal action in court. Therefore, the seller shall make every effort to settle disputes amicably. Otherwise, the court that has territorial jurisdiction over the permanent residence of the buyer shall have jurisdiction. Our company does not recognise any IPRS provider. You can only use this service if you reside in the EU and if your merchant is based in the EU.
